摘要
为了研究不同地理种源黄梁木(Neolamarkia cadamba)光合特征的差异、筛选高光效种源,以广西、广东和云南6个不同地理种源的黄梁木为材料,在夏季,采用Li-6400XT便携式光合作用测定仪对其进行了光合日变化的测定。结果表明:黄梁木有较高的光合效率;所有种源的净光合速度(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、胞间CO_2摩尔分数(C_i)日变化呈单峰曲线,而气孔导度(G_s)的日变化呈双峰曲线,并且第2个峰较低;影响P_n值的主要指标由大到小依次为C_i、G_s、光合有效辐射(P_(ARi))、T_r;不同种源间的光合特性有所差异,全天净光合速率总和由大小依次为桂兴宁、桂龙州、粤天河、粤云浮、滇保山、滇景洪,其中桂龙州和桂兴宁种源可作为优良种源的初选对象。
        We studied the differences of photosynthetic characteristics between six Neolamarkia cadamba provenances from Guangxi,Guangdong and Yunnan Province,and screened high photosynthetic efficiency of them.We measured the diurnal variations of photosynthetic characteristics of N.cadamba with Li-6400 photosynthetic instrument in summer.The results showed that N.cadamba had high photosynthetic efficiency,the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and intercellular CO_2 concentration of all provenances showed single peak curve,while stomatal conductance showed bimodal peak curve,and the second peak was lower.The descending order of impact index that main ecological physiological of net photosynthetic on N.cadamba was intercellular CO_2 concentration,stomatal conductance,PARi,and transpiration rate.There were photosynthetic characteristic differences between different provenances,the descending order in daily change of the total net photosynthetic rate on provenance was GXN,GLZ,YTH,YYF,DBS and DJH,and GLZ and GXN were selected as early candidate of superior tree.
