摘要

在建筑工程项目建设中,工程造价管控是一项非常重要的管理内容,其直接影响工程的建设质量和企业的经济效益,因此,应加强工程造价的管控工作。论文主要概述了工程造价的内容和特点,分析了影响工程造价的几个因素,并提出了进行工程造价控制的对策。
        In the construction of construction project, the project cost control is a very important management content, which directly affects the construction quality of the project and the economic benefit of the enterprise, so it is necessary to strengthen the work of project cost control.In this paper, the contents and characteristics of project cost are summarized, several factors affect the project cost are analyzed, and the countermeasures to control the project cost are put forward.
