摘要
从智能产品的设计现状出发,运用KANO模型消费需求理论与用户旅程相结合的研究思路,分析和洞察用户在不同使用阶段的体验需求,提升用户体验的设计策略:用户全程参与设计,智慧的解决方案和友好的人机交互方式,为智能产品的创新设计予以参考和启示。
An analysis,guided by the idea to combine the KANO Model on comsumption requirements and users' trip,was made of users' requiremnts for experience at different stages on the basis of a review on current designs of smart products. Afterwards,some strategies aiming to promote users ' experience were proposed including users ' participation throughout designing,smart solutions and friendly man-machine interaction with a purpose to inspire innovations in the design of smart products in the future.
