摘要
为了解决传统用电行为分析方法对分析结果难以解读、验证困难的问题,设计了一个理解用户用电行为的可视分析系统——VASEBD。首先对用电数据进行了组织和管理,并建立索引,以提高数据检索速度;提供了两种数据分析方法,系统用户可以选择感兴趣的目标进行分析;设计了新颖的可视化方法对数据进行可视分析,能够帮助专家更好地分析与理解数据。该系统结合了用电行为数据挖掘方法和可视分析方法,帮助电力系统专家更好地结合自己的领域知识从丰富的用电行为数据中发现未知的趋势和现象,提供可靠、可理解的结果,分析不同用户之间用电行为的差异。最后采用VASEBD对某地区的用电行为进行了全方位的分析,得到了有价值的结论,在一定程度上证明了系统的有效性和实用性。
        In order to solve the difficulties to interpret and verify the analysis results in conventional methods, an interactive visual analytics system, VASEBD( Visual Analysis System for Electricity Behavior Data), was designed. Data management was made to speed up data retrieval by indexing. An interactive framework that integrates a novel visualizationdriven data mining model enabled experts to choose the target of interest for analysis. In addition, a set of visualizations were used to help power system experts better integrate their domain knowledge to find unknown trends and phenomena from rich electrical behavior data. Three case studies with the instructors were conducted to demonstrate the usefulness of VASEBD and discuss new findings on electricity behaviors.
