摘要

全日制专业硕士研究生的培养质量一直是业界关注的问题。如何保证全日制专业硕士研究生能够作为创新实践型人才为企业所用,其实践能力的培养是重中之重。本文基于对学校航天工程领域全日制专业硕士培养过程中实践能力培养调查研究结果,探讨目前存在的问题,探索解决问题的途径,为提高全日制研究生实践能力培养质量提供参考,为专业硕士培养改革探索途径。
        The cultivation quality of full-time engineering postgraduates is always a major concern in educational field. To ensure quality in cultivating innovative postgraduates for enterprises, the training of their comprehensive practical ability is the top priority.Based on a survey in Aerospace Engineering field of NCIAE(North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering), this paper discusses the current problems in cultivation and explores measures aiming to provide references for the reform and improvement of cultivation quality of postgraduates.
