摘要

智慧社区运营阶段涉及利益主体众多,本文在界定智慧社区运营阶段主要参与主体的基础上,分析了各利益主体的利益诉求,对于构建智慧社区运营管理中的利益协调机制,促进智慧社区可持续发展具有重要意义。
        The operation stage of the smart community involves many stakeholders. Based on the main participants in the operation stage of the smart community, this paper analyzes the interests appeal of all stakeholders, which is of great significance to build a benefit coordination mechanism for the operation management and sustainable development of the smart community.
