摘要
文章结合相关研究文献和对图书馆馆长及馆员的访谈资料,构建高校图书馆馆长胜任力模型,以此为研究视角和基础,制定高校图书馆馆长绩效评估指标体系。运用专家评价法赋予各级指标相应的权重、等级和分值,并以该体系为评估标准,提出具体的馆长绩效评估实施方案。
Based on the relevant research literature and interviews with curators and librarians, this paper constructs the university library curator competency model, and establishes the university library curator performance evaluation index system. The expert evaluation method is used to give the corresponding weights, grades and scores to the indicators at all levels. Taking the system as the evaluation criterion, the specific implementation plan of the library curator performance evaluation is put forward.
