零售药店信息技术采纳调节因素研究——以江苏省淮安市为例

随着中国2013年新版药品经营质量管理规范的颁布,管理信息系统的开发和使用成为零售药店获取经营资格权的准入门槛。零售药店的信息技术采纳获得社会各界的高度关注,但相关扩展研究较为匮乏。研究在Pharmacy-UTAUT信息技术采纳模型及其374份有效原始数据的基础上,使用AMOS多群组分析方法,进一步探究性别、年龄、药店类型、药学专业程度对零售药店信息技术采纳意愿的调节作用。研究结果表明,绩效期望对态度的影响,受到年龄、药店类型、药学专业程度的显著调节作用;努力期望对态度的影响受到药店类型、药学专业程度的显著调节作用;努力期望对绩效期望的影响,受到性别的显著调节作用。
With the promulgation of the new China Good Supply Practice in 2013, the development and use of MIS has become a major threshold for retail pharmacies to obtain legal business qualification. The adoption of information technology in retail pharmacies has received a lot of attention, but there is a lack of relevant extension research. Based on Pharmacy-UTAUT IT adoption model and its 374 valid sample data, this study uses AMOS Multiple-Group Analysis to further examine the moderation effects of gender, age, pharmacy type, and pharmacy professional level on the theoretical paths of the Pharmacy-UTAUT. The study results show that the effect of performance expectancy on attitude is significantly regulated by age, pharmacy type, and pharmacy professional level; the impact of effort expectancy on attitude is significantly regulated by both pharmacy type and pharmacy professional level; the impact of the effort expectancy on performance expectancy is significantly regulated by gender.
