摘要
伊朗某磁铁矿石铁品位为58.60%,硫、磷含量较低,86.76%铁以磁铁矿的形式存在。矿石粒度较细,-2.36 mm粒级占54.00%。为确定该矿石合理的选矿工艺流程,进行选矿试验。结果表明,原矿预先分级—+2.36mm粗粒磨矿(-0.074 mm18.20%)—1次弱磁选—-2.36 mm细粒级直接弱磁选流程可获得TFe品位66.93%、回收率91.22%的合格铁精矿; 1粗1精螺旋溜槽重选可有效回收弱磁尾矿中铁,重选精矿与弱磁精矿合并后仍满足铁精矿合格标准。在此基础上,根据生产要求,该工艺可作为该矿石的推荐选矿流程。
        There is a magnetic iron ore with iron grade of 58.60% and low content of sulphur and phosphor in Iran,in which 86.76% iron exist in form of magnetite.The ore particle size is fine with-2.36 mm fraction accounting for 54.00%.In order to determine a reasonable beneficiation process for the ore,beneficiation test was carried out.The results showed that raw ore preliminary classification-+2.36 mm coarse fraction grinding(-0.074 mm 18.20%)-one stage low intensity magnetic separation--2.36 mm fine fraction direct low intensity magnetic separation flow could obtain qualified iron concentrate with iron grade of 66.93%,recovery rate of 91.22%.The iron in low intensity magnetic tailings was effectively recycle via one roughing-one cleaning spiral chute gravity concentration,gravity concentration concentrate combined with low intensity magnetic concentrate still meet the standard of qualified iron concentrate.According to production requirements,the process could be served as recommended beneficiation flow for the ore based on these results.
