养心颗粒对易损斑块Rho/Rho激酶信号通路血清LDL-C、TC、ET-1、TNF-α含量的影响

摘要
目的:观察养心颗粒对易损斑块Rho/Rho激酶信号通路血清LDL-C、TC、ET-1、TNF-α含量的影响。方法:随机将32只雄性家兔分为空白对照组、模型对照组、养心颗粒组、法舒地尔组。分别给予普通饲料及高脂饮食喂养8周,采用球囊损伤颈总动脉并注射P53基因转染建立易损斑块模型。药物治疗2周后采用ELISA法检测LDL-C、TC、ET-1、TNF-α水平。结果:与模型组比较,养心颗粒组和法舒地尔组血清中LDL-C、TC、ET-1、TNF-α含量下降(P <0. 05);养心颗粒组与法舒地尔组比较,血清中LDL-C,TC、ET-1、TNF-α含量,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:养心颗粒可降低易损斑块Rho/Rho激酶信号通路血清中LDL-C、TC、ET-1、TNF-α的含量。
        Objective: To observe the effect of Yangxin Granule on the levels of LDL-C,TC,ET-1,TNF-α in Rho/Rho kinase signaling pathway of vulnerable plaque. Methods: 32 healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,Yangxin Granule group,and Fasudil group. The model of vulnerable plaque was established by eight-week high fat diet combined with the ballon-induced injury of common carotid artery and the injection of p53 gene. The levels of LDL-C,TC,ET-1,and TNF-α were measured 2 weeks after the treatment by ELISA method. Results: Compared to the model group,the serum levels of LDL-C,TC,ET-1,and TNF-α were decreased in Yangxin Granule group and Fasudil group( P < 0. 05); there was significant difference in serum levels of LDL-C between Yangxin Granule group and Fasudil group( P < 0. 05); no statistical difference was seen in terms of the serum levels of TC,ET-1,and TNF-α between these two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Yangxin Granule can reduce the serum levels of LDL-C,TC,ET-1 and TNF-α in Rho/Rho kinase signaling pathway of vulnerable plaque.
