摘要
将具有高渗透性的渗透剂用于废旧沥青混合料的再生,研究了渗透剂对再生沥青混合料常规力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着渗透剂掺量的增加,再生沥青混合料的浸水残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比增大、车辙深度增加、动稳定度下降。当旧料掺量为30%、再生剂用量为新老沥青总量的7.5%、渗透剂掺量为再生剂总量的3%时,再生沥青混合料的常规力学性能、水稳定性和高温抗车辙性能接近于新沥青混合料的常规力学性能、水稳定性和高温抗车辙性能。
Penetrant with high permeability is applied for the recycling of waste asphalt mixture,and the effect of penetrant on the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture is studied.The results indicate that the ratio of residual stability of water immersion to freeze-thaw splitting strength of recycled asphalt mixture increases with the adding volume of penetrant,and the rutting depth increases and dynamic stability decreases.When the content of waste materials is 30%,the regenerant dosage is 7.5% of that of new and waste asphalt and the penetrant is 3% of total volume of regenerant,the regular mechanical performance,water stability and high temperature rut-resistance properties of the recycled asphalt mixture are close to those of new asphalt mixture.
