花脸香蘑培养及药理作用研究进展

摘要
近年来,国内外学者对药(食)用真菌进行了大量研究,花脸香蘑作为优质药用及食用种类,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤和抗菌活性等药用价值,具备极大的开发潜力。从培养方法、成分组成以及药理活性等3个方面对花脸香蘑的研究现状进行概括,为进一步深入研究花脸香蘑提供参考。
        Lepista sordida(Schum.: Fr.) Sing., a basidiomycetous fungus of the family Tricholomataceae, was a kind of delicious edible agaric species mushroom. Recently, it had absorbed a lot of attentions. It exhibited several activities such as immunomodulation, antitumour, antibacterial activity et al. This review provided a comprehensive summary of the most recent developments in various aspects(i.e., cultivating mycelia and fruiting body, components and pharmacological activities). The contents and data would serve as useful references for further investigation, production and application of Lepista sordida in functional foods and therapeutic agents.
