摘要
为改进完善湿润育苗技术,实现湿润育苗本土化,对湿润育苗及其补水方式进行研究,对比一次性注水后期补水、长流水补水等2种补水方式对湿润育苗环境温度、烟苗生长发育、成苗素质等方面的影响。结果表明,与漂浮育苗相比,湿润育苗出苗早、出苗率高、整齐度高,由于湿润育苗较漂浮育苗水温高,烟苗生长相对较快,可缩短烟苗生育期7 d左右;而在补水方式上,长流水方式烟苗长势较慢,一次性注水后期补水方式烟苗长势明显。
        In order to improve the techniques of keep seedlings moist when cultivating,realized the seedlings cultivated locally,keep seedlings moist and its replenishing water ways were researched.Compared two different ways of one-off flooding and then replenishing water when possible and using running water to replenish water,effects on the environment and temperature of moist seedling raising,the growth of tobacco seedlings and seedling quality were carried out.The results showed that compared with the floating system,moist seedling had the advantages of early seedling emergence,high rate of seedling emergence,high degree of uniformity.Because the water temperature of keep seedlings moist was higher than that of floating seedling,the tobacco seedling grew relatively fast,which could shorten the growth period of tobacco seedling for about 7 days.In the way of water replenishment,the growth of tobacco seedling was slow using running water to replenish water,and the growth of tobacco seedling was obvious in the one-off flooding.
