摘要
为调查河南地区猪圆环病毒3型(PCV3)的感染情况及流行特点,对2015—2017年河南不同地区猪场采集的152份临床样品进行PCR检测PCV3。结果显示,152份临床样品中检测到46份PCV3,阳性率为30.26%(46/152),在开封、新乡、鹤壁等7个地市均检测出PCV3,说明PCV3在河南省部分地区存在并且已呈现流行趋势;152份临床样品中有105份样品PCV2为阳性,阳性率为69.08%,且所有PCV3阳性样品均可检测出PCV2,推测PCV3与PCV2的共感染可能广泛存在。本研究对河南省猪圆环病毒病的防控提供基础信息。
        In order to investigate the infection and spread of porcine circovirus 3( PCV3) in the Henan area,152 clinical samples were collected during the 2015 ~ 2017 period and were detected for PCV3 using PCR. The results showed that a total of 46 clinical samples were positive for PCV3,with a positive ratio of 30. 26%( 46/152). PCV3 was detected in samples from Kaifeng,Xinxiang,Hebi and other areas. These results indicated that PCV3 had emerged and spread in quite some parts of Henan Province. 105 of 152 clinical samples were detected to be positive for PCV2,with a positive ratio of 69. 08%( 105/152); and PCV2 could be detected more or less in all the PCV3 positive clinical samples,suggesting that PCV3 was in co-infection with PCV2. This study provides information support for prevention and control of PCV3 in the Henan area.
