摘要
介绍了在5000 m~3级大型高炉鼓风机组国产化研制过程中,通过开发新叶型、流道优化、新型轴向进气结构等技术,提高鼓风机性能,增大调节工况范围;通过叶片防腐蚀、防喘振、防阻塞等优化提高鼓风机组可靠性;通过脱湿鼓风系统研究、微压保持技术应用拓宽了系统性设计,同时提高了鼓风机调节控制精度。应用于宝钢(湛江)国产化第一套5050 m~3高炉鼓风机组,鼓风机组综合性能良好,各项指标达到国际先进水平。
It is introduced that during localization research and development of the blower unit for 5000 m~3-grade large blast furnace, the performance of the blower was improved and operation condition regulation range was increased by developing new blade type,runner optimization and new-type axial intake structure, the unit reliability was improved by blade corrosion protection, surge prevention and blocking prevention, the system design was widened by research in dehumidifying blowing system and micro-pressure holding technology and the regulating control accuracy of the blower was also improved. The first homemade5050 m~3 blast furnace blower unit applied in Baosteel Zhangjiang Base has shown good performance with all indicators reaching international advanced level.
