摘要
目的观察应用口腔生物膜手术治疗口腔扁平苔藓的效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2013年2月~2015年6月四川省自贡市第一人民医院口腔颌面外科经临床诊断为口腔扁平苔藓的26例患者作为研究对象,采用外科手术方式将病变组织切除,切除后使用口腔生物膜覆盖创面,行反包扎固定于创面,待生物膜与创面自然愈合。填写中文版《口腔黏膜疾病量表》(COMDQ),分析比较患者术前、术后1个月、半年、1年的量表得分。结果口腔生物膜与创面完全自然愈合,有效率>95%;患者术后1个月、半年、1年的COMDQ量表总分低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔生物膜应用于口腔扁平苔藓切除术后,能够减轻患者术后疼痛和社会与情感因素的变化,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective To observe the effect of Haiao Oral Biofilm in the operation of oral lichen planus(OLP),and provide reference for the clinical treatment. Methods A total of 26 cases of OLP diagnosed clinically in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Zigong First People′ s Hospital in Sichuan From February 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the subjects. The diseased tissues were excised surgically and covered with Haiao Oral Biofilm, and then fixed to the wound by reverse bandage, finally biofilm and the wound were healed naturally. The Chinese version of chronic oral mucosal diseases questionnaire(COMDQ) were filled in the 26 cases, then the scale score of preoperative, one month after the operation, 6 months after the operation, one year after the operation were analysed and compared. Results Haiao Oral Biofilm and wound completely healed naturally, the effective percentage was over 95%. The total scores of the COMDQ 1 and 6 months after the operation, one year after the operation were lower than those preoperative, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Haiao Oral Biofilm can relieve postoperative pain and the changes of social and emotional factors. So it is worthy of clinical application.
