摘要
目的:探讨教师支持对受艾滋病影响儿童一般自我效能感的影响以及学校归属感在二者之间的作用。方法:采用一般自我效能感量表、教师支持量表和学校归属感问卷对188名受艾滋影响儿童进行调查。结果:(1)受艾滋病影响儿童的一般自我效能感与教师支持、学校归属感呈正相关,教师支持与学校归属感呈正相关;(2)教师支持显著正向预测一般自我效能感,学校归属感在教师支持和一般自我效能感之间起完全中介作用。结论:教师支持能够提高受艾滋病影响儿童的一般自我效能感,但不能忽视其学校归属感在该过程中的作用。
Objective: To explore the relationship between teacher support and the general self-efficacy of the children affected by HIV/AIDS and the role of school belonging in this relatoinship. Methods: Questionnaire survey was conducted among 188 students by using General Self-Efficacy Scale, Teacher Support Scale and School Belonging Questionnaire in Henan province. Results:(1)There were significant positive correlations among the children` general self-efficacy, teacher support and school belonging.(2)Teacher support predicted general self-efficacy significantly, and school belonging played a complete mediation role in this relationship. Thus teacher support affects general self-efficacy by the complete mediation effect of school belonging.
