真诚型领导与员工工作投入关系的元分析

摘要
关于真诚型领导与员工工作投入的关系研究存在分歧研究,现采用元分析方法考察了真诚型领导对员工工作投入的影响及区域文化和测量工具的调节作用。通过文献搜索,最终有37个独立样本包含14 141名被试纳入研究。结果表明:真诚型领导与员工工作投入呈高度正相关关系;采用随机效应模型是准确的,发表偏倚对元分析的结果不会产生影响;区域文化对真诚型领导与员工工作投入关系具有调节作用,且相比欧洲文化,亚洲文化背景下的真诚型领导对员工工作投入的正向影响更显著;测量工具对真诚型领导与员工工作投入之间的关系不具有调节作用。最后,对研究结果讨论并展望了未来真诚型领导的研究方向。
