我国新升格高职院校档案管理工作现状及对策研究

摘要
目前我国的高职院校很大一部分是在中等职业院校基础上升格发展起来的。新升格高职院校在档案管理的管理制度、功能性用房、人员配置、保管条件、信息化建设及服务功能等方面均滞后于行业发展水平。通过建章立制、搭建队伍、服务外包、聚力创新等一系列措施,以期建成集智能化、智慧化、数字化、信息化于一体的现代档案管理系统,更好地服务学校与师生的发展。
At present, a large part of Higher Vocational Colleges in China have been upgraded and developed on the basis of secondary vocational colleges. The newly upgraded higher vocational colleges lag behind the development level of the industry in the management system of archives management, functional housing, staffing, storage conditions, information construction and service functions. Through a series of measures, such as establishing rules and regulations, building contingents, outsourcing services, and concentrating innovation, we hope to build a modern archives management system that intellectualizes, Intellectualized, digitalizes and informationalizes, so as to better serve the development of schools,teachers and students.
