亚麻象的生活史及幼虫空间分布研究

摘要
通过养殖和田间调查亚麻象发生规律和生活史,采用频次分布法,应用聚集度指标的计算公式以及Taylor、Iwao的回归方程式,分析和测定亚麻象幼虫的空间分布格局,结果表明,亚麻象在固原地区每年发生1代,5月下旬越冬成虫从冬麦田迁入胡麻田开始交配产卵,整个产卵期持续时间较长,约35 d,卵期8-10 d,幼虫期30-35d,蛹期15-21 d,7月上旬胡麻开花期是亚麻象羽化的高峰期,10月中旬越夏成虫转移至冬麦地和地埂疏松的表土中开始越冬。亚麻象幼虫的空间分布型为负二项分布,应用聚集度指标分析表明亚麻象幼虫呈聚集分布。本研究阐明了亚麻象在固原地区胡麻田的周年发生的种群动态规律和生活史以及幼虫空间分布型,为亚麻象的预测测报和综合防治提供理论参考依据。
        We syst-ematically studied the occurrence regularity and life history of Ceuthrrhynchu liupanensis by field investigation and cultivation experiment, its population aggregating indexes on oil-flax were calculated based on statistical distribution model, the related index formulae, and Taylor and Iwao regression formulation. The results showed that C. liupanensis was 1 generation in one year,overwintering adults immigrated oil-flax field from winter wheat field in the last 10 days of May,began to mate and oviposit. The whole spawning season prolonged a rather long time,nearly 35 days,the egg stage,the larval stage and the pupal stage lasted for 8-10,30-35,15-21 days,respectively. The blooming period was peak emergence in the beginning of July. The over-summer adult born into the soil of winter wheat field and ridged to depths of 9 to 20 cm begin to through winter. Larvae spatial distribution of C. liupanensis fitted negative binomial distribution,which also fitted aggregative distribution by aggregation indict analysis. This study describes the larvae spatial distribution and life history of C. liupanensis in Guyuan area and thereby provides a basis for the prediction and control.
