摘要
可燃气体报警器属于国家强制检定项目,对可燃气体检测报警器进行不确定度评定对计量标准的传递起到了重要作用。依据JJF1059—2012《测量不确定度评定和表示》和JJG 693—2011《可燃气体检测报警器》计量检定规程,以可燃气体报警器示值误差为研究对象建立数学模型,分析仪器示值测量结果重复性标准不确定度、标准气体标称值准确度及稳定性的标准不确定度、被测仪器分辨力的不确定度对合成不确定度的影响,计算各分量灵敏度系数,并结合实验分析数据,以其作为评定可燃气体报警器不确定度的重要参考,以保证测量结果的科学性。
Alarmer detectors of combustible gas belong to the national compulsory verification project. The evaluation of uncertainty of the combustible gas detector plays an important role in the transmission of the measurement standard. According to JJF1059—2012 " The Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty and Expression" and JJG 693—2011 " Alarmer Detectors of Combustible Gas",a mathematical model is set up with the value error of alarmer detectors of combustible gas as the research object. This paper analyses the standard uncertainty of measurement repeatability,the standard uncertainty accuracy and stability of nominal value of standard gas,and the uncertainty of measured instrument resolution influence on synthetic uncertainty,calculating sensitivity coefficient of the components combining with experimental analysis data,as the important reference for evaluation of uncertainty of alarmer detectors of combustible gas,to ensure the scientifictiy of measuring result.
