血府逐瘀胶囊在冠心病患者治疗中的应用研究

摘要
目的观察血府逐瘀胶囊在冠心病治疗中的应用情况。方法用"双盲法"将80例冠心病患者分为40例/组。对照组-常规西药治疗,观察组-常规西药治疗+血府逐瘀胶囊治疗。比较中医证候积分、血脂水平。结果经过6个月的治疗,观察组各项中医证候积分都低于对照组,血脂方面,HDL-C高于对照组,其余血脂指标都比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊可以很好地缓解冠心病患者疾病症状,改善血脂。
Objective To observe the application of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into 40 cases/group by "double-blind method". The control group-conventional western medicine treatment, observation group-conventional western medicine treatment + Xuefu Zhuyu capsule treatment. Compare TCM syndrome scores and blood lipid levels. Results After 6 months of treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. In terms of blood lipids, HDL-C was higher than the control group, and the remaining blood lipid indexes were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule can relieve the symptoms of coronary heart disease patients and improve blood lipids.
