摘要
利用岩石三轴试验机在不同成型压力下制取得到具有不同冲击倾向性的型煤。为了验证型煤的冲击倾向性,对所制得型煤进行了单轴压缩试验,引入考虑时间效应的冲击能量速度指标W_(ST)对制取的型煤进行冲击倾向性判别。结果表明,依据冲击能量速度指标W_(ST)判别型煤的冲击倾向性简便、快捷且具有更高的可靠度;成型压力对型煤冲击倾向性影响较大,依据现有配比得出70 MPa与90 MPa成型压力下制得的型煤不具有冲击倾向性,而100 MPa及120 MPa成型压力下制得的型煤具有中等冲击倾向性,研究结论可为后期冲击-突出复合型动力灾害的相似模拟提供借鉴。
Various coal samples with different burst liability were prepared by the rock triaxial compression tests with diverse stresses. Then the uniaxial compression tests were applied to verify the burst liability of the coal samples. Therefore, the burst energy velocity index W_(ST) which considered the time effects is applied for the burst liability estimation for the briquette samples. The results indicate that the estimation of the burst liability for the briquette samples can be easily and promptly accomplished by the W_(ST) index, and the estimation results are more reliable. The effects from the compaction to the burst liability to the briquette samples are greater than the raw coal samples.Considering the current mixing ratio of the briquette samples, the samples does not show a burst liability in the stress of 70 MPa and 90 MPa. While in the stress of 100 MPa and 120 MPa, the briquette samples show a medium strength of the burst liability. The research results can provide a theoretical foundation for the further experiments of bumping-outburst compound dynamic hazards simulation.
