摘要
钢筋真三维建模翻样(简称"钢筋BIM翻样")具有精细化、可视化等优点,是实现钢筋工程精细化管理的关键,其中,钢筋断料是钢筋翻样必不可少的重要环节。但常规的模型内断料方式存在断料过程不可逆和无法快速响应变更等重大缺陷,一直制约着钢筋BIM翻样的快速发展。为解决钢筋BIM翻样之断料难题,结合钢筋翻样的本质——钢筋信息的转换与再识别,提出一种基于钢筋BIM翻样之批量化断料新思路,并提供一套完整的计算理论模型。通过编程,可实现钢筋BIM模型数据快速批量化断料计算和快速响应变更的目标,此理论也同样适合其他翻样方式。该理论在某住宅项目地下室钢筋工程中得到验证,优势显著。
Rebar lofting by the real three-dimensional model( short for "Steel bar BIM lofting") has the advantages of refinement and visualization,it is the keyto realize the fine management of reinforced engineering,among them,rebar breaking is an essential and important link of rebar lofting. However,the conventional way of breaking inside the model has some weighty defects,such as irreversibility of breaking process and inability to respond quickly to changes,which restricts the rapid development of rebar BIM lofting all the way. In order to solve the problem of rebar BIM lofting,bycombining the essence of rebar BIM lofting,conversion and re-recognition of rebar Information,a new idea of batch-breaking based on rebar BIM lofting is proposed and a complete set of calculation theory is provided in this paper.Bysome certain programming,the goal of fast batch breaking calculation of rebar model data and quick response to change is realized,this theory is also suitable for other lofting methods.The theory is proved perfectly in the basement rebar engineering of some residential project,and its advantages are significant.
