自媒体传播意识形态的外控与内律

摘要
自媒体具有平面性、虚拟性、独立性和自由性,具有传播意识形态的功能,包括主流意识形态和非主流意识形态。自媒体传播主流意识形态对社会发展具有积极功能,传播非主流意识形态则既有积极功能,更具有消极功能。任由自媒体在传播意识形态上的无限度发展,其积极功能会不断弱化,消极功能会不断强化,进而影响政治和社会稳定。必须强化自媒体传播主流意识形态的积极功能,控制其传播非主流意识形态的消极功能。自媒体传播意识形态必须通过内在的理性与道德约束和外在的法治与管控约束,并使内在约束和外在约束相统一。惟其如此,才能形成健康的自媒体,以利于社会和谐和政治稳定。
We-media is characterized with flatness, virtuality, independence and freedom, and has the function of spreading ideology, including mainstream ideology and non-mainstream ideology. We-media's spreading of mainstream ideology has a positive function for social development, while the nonmainstream ideology has both positive and negative functions. If we-media develops without limitation in the dissemination of ideology, its positive functions will be constantly weakened, and its negative functions will be continuously strengthened, which affects political and social stability. It is necessary to strengthen the positive function of we-media in spreading mainstream ideology and to control its negative function in spreading non-mainstream ideology. Ideology spread by we-media should be subject to internal rational and moral constraints, external rule of law and constraints, and unification of internal and external constraints. Only in this way can a healthy we-media be formed, and social harmony and political stability be facilitated.
