摘要
近年来滦河原水在夏季藻类繁殖严重,导致天津市大多数自来水厂的常规处理工艺出水水质很难达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)的要求,为此,结合已有的中试系统开展了强化常规工艺的试验研究。结果表明,通过投加高锰酸盐复合药剂(PPC)预氧化、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(HCA)强化混凝和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)强化过滤,均可明显改善常规工艺的出水水质,并且各强化组合工艺基本都可以满足出水浊度≤0.3 NTU、CODMn≤3.0 mg/L的要求,对藻类的去除率在90%以上,同时可使药剂费用比常规工艺降低0.003~0.01元/m3。
        Algae bloom often occurs in the Luanhe River during summer due to water pollution.For the conventional treatment processes in most of the water treatment plants in Tianjin,meeting the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2006) is very difficult.An experimental study on enhancing the conventional water treatment process was carried out based on the pilot-test system.The results showed that preoxidation with potassium permanganate composite(PPC),enhanced coagulation with polymer coagulant aid HCA and enhanced filtration with polyacrylamide(PAM) could significantly improve the effluent quality.The turbidity and CODMn in the effluent from any enhanced process were equal to or less than 0.3 NTU and 3.0 mg/L respectively.More than 90% of algae could be removed.Compared to the conventional treatment processes,these enhanced processes could save chemicals cost by 0.003 to 0.01 yuan/m3.
