摘要
以苯丙乳液为基料,以聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺为阻燃体系,以金红石型二氧化钛(TiO_2)为阻燃抑烟剂,配制二氧化钛含量不同的膨胀型阻燃涂料,并测试研究不同配方的涂料烟密度值。实验结果表明,阻燃涂料的烟密度与金红石型二氧化钛的添加量并不成线性关系,当Ti O_2的添加量占比处于1.2%~3.5%之间时,随着TiO_2含量的增加,抑烟效果越好。当TiO_2的添加量占比为4.7%时,起不到抑烟效果。故可知金红石型二氧化钛阻燃涂料达到最佳抑烟效果时,二氧化钛的添加量占比处于3.5%~4.7%之间。
With styrene-acrylic emulsion as the base material,ammonium polyphosphate,pentaerythritol and melamine as the flame retardant system,rutile titanium dioxide(TiO_2)as the flame retardant and smoke suppressant,expanded flame retardant coatings with different content of titanium dioxide were prepared,and the smoke density values of different formulations were tested and studied.The experimental results showed that the smoke density of flame retardant coating was not linearly related to the amount of rutile type titanium dioxide added.When the amount of TiO_2 added was between 1.2% and 3.5%,the better the smoke suppression effect would be with the increase of TiO_2 content.When the TiO_2 content accounted for 4.7%,the smoke suppression effect could not be achieved.Therefore,when rutile type titanium dioxide flame retardant coating achieves the best smoke suppression effect,the content of titanium dioxide is between 3.5% and 4.7%.
