医院常用邻苯二甲醛浓度检测试纸指标性能对比研究

摘要
目的研究不同类型邻苯二甲醛浓度检测试纸的指示性能,为医院实际监测应用提供数据参考。方法采用气相色谱法与不同类型试纸比对法,测定邻苯二甲醛浓度,以验证试纸法测定准确性。结果在不同浓度下A试纸和B试纸指示性能及批号间重现性良好,室温存放6个月和开启后3个月的2种品牌试纸鉴定试验合格率均为100%;室温存放12个月后2种品牌试纸鉴定合格率均有所下降,开启6个月后2种品牌试纸合格率明显下降。结论该研究中的2种品牌邻苯二甲醛浓度检测试纸操作简便、反应迅速、测定准确,但储存有效期应≤6个月。
Objective The indicator performance of different types of Ortho-phthalaldehyde concentration test paper was studied to provide data reference for practical monitoring application in hospitals. Methods Determination of Ortho-phthalaldehyde concentration was carried out by gas chromatography and comparison with different types of test paper was used to verify the accuracy of test paper method. Results At different concentrations,A test paper and B test paper showed good performance and reproducibility between different batch numbers. The acceptance rate of the two brand test papers for room temperature storage for 6 months and 3 months after opening was 100 %. After 12 months of room temperature storage,the pass rate of the two brands of test paper had decreased,and the pass rate of the two brands of test paper had dropped significantly after 6 months of opening. Conclusion In this study,two brands of Ortho-phthalaldehyde concentration test paper are simple to operate,and have rapid reaction,accurate determination,but the storage period should be no more than 6 months.
