针刺联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘要
目的:观察针刺联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将76例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组给予甲钴胺片口服治疗,观察组在甲钴胺片治疗基础上加用针刺。评估治疗效果,观察治疗前后患者临床症状体征及运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)的变化。结果:观察组总有效率94.74%,对照组总有效率76.32%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MCV及SCV均较治疗前提升(P<0.05);观察组MCV和SCV均快于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组多伦多临床神经病变评分(TCSS)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组的TCSS低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,能有效改善患者的症状体征,效果优于单纯使用甲钴胺片治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with mecobalamin tablets for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods:Divided 76 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy into the observation group and the control group randomly, 38 cases in each group. Both groups received mecobalamin tablets for treatment, while the observation group additionally received acupuncture. Evaluated the curative effect and observed changes of clinical symptoms and body signs,motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV) of patients before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 94.74% in the observation group and was 76.32% in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,MCV and SCV in both groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05). MCV and SCV in the observation group were faster than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,scores of Toronto clinical scoring sytem(TCSS) in both group were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05). TCSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with mecobalamin tablets can effectively improve symptoms and body signs of patients in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and its effect is better than applying mecobalamin tablets only.
