枳术宽中胶囊联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效观察

摘要
[目的]探讨枳术宽中胶囊联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。[方法]将80例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分成治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),2组均根据患者血糖情况给予胰岛素降糖治疗。治疗组:予枳术宽中胶囊1.29g,3次/d,联合甲钴胺片0.5 mg,3次/d,口服。对照组:予莫沙必利片5 mg,3次/d,联合甲钴胺片0.5mg,3次/d,口服。4周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。于治疗后的第1个月、第3个月观察2组疗效。[结果]治疗组第1个月总有效率为85%;第3个月为92.5%;对照组第1个月总有效率为77.5%;第3个月为82.5%。[结论]2组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组在第1个月、第3个月效果均明显优于对照组,第3个月疗效又优于第1个月,提示该治疗方法有效,为糖尿病胃轻瘫的治疗提供了新的思路,且不良反应少,值得推广。
[Objective]To explore the therapeutic effect of Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules combined with MeCobalamin tablets in treating diabetic gastroparesis.[Methods]80 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases),and both groups were given insulin control blood sugar according to their blood glucose.The treatment group:Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules 1.29 g tid combined with MeCobalamin tablets 0.5 mg tid;Control group:MeCobalamin tablets0.5 mg tid combined with moxibili tablet 5 mg tid;Four weeks for a course,a continuous treatment of three sessions.Both groups were observed in the 1 st and 3 rd months of treatment.[Results]The total effective rate for the first month of treatment group was 85%,the third month was 92.5%,the control group was 77.5%,the third month was 82.5%.[Conclusion]The total effective rate difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group were significantly better than the control group in the first month and the third month,and the third month effect is better than the first month,suggesting that this treatment method is effective,and provides a new idea for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis,and has fewer adverse reactions and is worth popularizing.
