基于物流金融的国有控股物流企业融资模式研究

摘要
随着电子商务的发展,物流行业的重要性日益凸显。目前我国物流行业发展与发达国家尚存在一定差距,尤其是国有控股物流企业发展滞后,融资困难是制约其发展的重要原因,目前的融资模式不能满足企业进行自主创新的资金需求,阻碍了企业发展。构建基于物流金融的国有控股物流企业融资模式,方能有助于企业实现融资,促进技术创新,保障其健康稳定发展。
With the development of e-commerce, the significance of logistics industry is increasingly prominent; however,certain gap still exists between our country and developed countries in this industry at present. State-controlled logistics enterprises, the industry leader in our country, are underdeveloped to some extent, and one of the most critical reasons is the financing problem. Today, the financing mode of the state-controlled logistics enterprises cannot meet the capital needs of self-innovation that lays a serious obstacle to enterprise development. To handle the issue, this article constructs a financing mode for state-controlled logistics enterprises basedon logistics finance and puts forward some proposals concerning the application of this financing mode, in order to help enterprises achieve an excellent circulation, in which financing promotes technical innovation and technical innovation in turn improves financing.
