2型糖尿病应用沙格列汀配合胰岛素治疗的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨沙格列汀联合胰岛素皮下注射治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,以分析其临床应用价值。方法选择2012年9月至2015年9月期间来我院就诊的54例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各27例。对照组单纯给予胰岛素皮下注射治疗,观察组在此基础上口服沙格列汀治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)以及血清C肽等相关指标水平。结果治疗前,两组患者FBG、2h PBG、Hb A1c、血清C肽水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者FBG、2h PBG、Hb A1c、血清C肽水平均有一定程度改善,且观察组患者改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙格列汀口服联合胰岛素皮下注射可有效降低2型糖尿病患者的血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平,提高患者的血清C肽水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of saxagliptin combined with insulin subcutaneous injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2D M), in order to analyze its clinical application value. Methods From September 201 2 to September 201 5,fifty-four cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple insulin subcutaneous injection, the observation group was given saxagliptin on this basis. The fasting blood glucose(FB G), 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2h PB G), hemoglobin A 1 c(HbA1c) and serum Cpeptide levels in two groups were observed and compared. Results B efore treatment, the levels of FB G, 2h PB G,HbA1c and serum Cpeptide in two groups had no statistical difference(P > 0.05); after treatment, the levels of FB G, 2h PB G, HbA1c and serum Cpeptide in two groups improved to a certain extent, and the improvement degree in observation group was better than that in control group, with statistical difference(P < 0.05). Conclusions The oral administration of saxagliptin combined with insulin subcutaneous injection for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose and HbA1c, improve the level of serum Cpeptide, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
