摘要
SAF 2507超级双相不锈钢具有良好的综合力学性能、耐腐蚀性能,在石油化工、海洋领域应用广泛。为了解SAF 2507超级双相不锈钢的腐蚀特性,综述了热处理工艺、腐蚀环境对SAF 2507超级双相不锈钢耐腐蚀性能影响研究的最新进展以及目前测试SAF 2507超级双相不锈钢耐腐蚀性能的方法。指出了SAF 2507超级双相不锈钢耐腐蚀性能研究存在的问题及未来的发展方向。
        SAF 2507 super duplex stainless steel is widely used in petrochemical and marine applications with good comprehensive mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. In order to understand the corrosion characteristics of SAF2507 super duplex stainless steel, the research progress of the effects of heat treatment process and corrosion environment on the corrosion resistance of SAF 2507 super duplex stainless steel and the current corrosive test methods for SAF 2507 super duplex stainless steel were reviewed. The problems in the corrosion resistance research of SAF 2507 super duplex stainless steel and the development direction in future were pointed out.
