摘要
适量、规律、长期的体力活动对生理机能、心理健康、慢性病治疗等方面具有积极作用,但是对于特定人群的运动方式、运动量、运动强度的研究不多。美国运动医学会对相应人群提供了运动处方,提倡和鼓励人们通过参与体育活动改变不健康的生活方式进而促进健康水平。随着监测体力活动的设备以及算法的研究在不断的发展,对运动中的心率、能量消耗等信息实时监测,保证了人们安全、科学的参与体育活动。同时,适合锻炼的建筑环境,也能促进人们参与体育锻炼进而提升健康的水平。
