摘要
目的探讨富硒壳聚糖对乳腺癌化疗患者免疫系统的影响。方法对符合要求的术后进行化疗的乳腺癌60例随机分为对照组和干预组,两组化疗方案一致,干预组从患者手术后开始至化疗周期结束前全程给予富硒壳聚糖口服营养补充剂,对照组全程不给予富硒壳聚糖口服营养补充剂,第6周期,比较两组患者T细胞亚群、抗氧化指标:超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide Dismutase, SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase, GSH-Px)及其两者之间的关系。结果与对照组相比,干预组化疗后SOD、GSH-Px含量明显升高,CD4及CD4/CD8明显升高且CD4、CD4/CD8与SOD呈正相关;CD4、CD8与GSH-Px呈正相关。结论长期服用富硒壳聚糖不仅可提高患者的抗氧化水平及T细胞亚群水平,且两者之间呈明显的正相关。
        Objective To investigate the influence of selenium-rich chitosan on the immune system of chemotherapy patients with breast cancer. Methods Sixty cases which meet the requirements of postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, the same chemotherapy regimens. intervention group received entire selenium enriched chitosan supplements from postoperation to the end of the chemotherapy cycles,control group didn't received it.After 6 cycles, compared two groups of patients with T cell subgroup, anti-oxidation index: superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(Gsh-px); and define the relationship between the two index.Results: Compared with the control group, the content of SOD and Gsh-px increased significantly in the intervention group, and CD4 and CD4/CD8 significantly increased. CD4, CD4/CD8 was positively associated with SOD. Conclusion The long-term use of selenium chitosan can not only improve the anti-oxidative levels of patients and the level of T cell subgroups, but there is a clear positive correlation between them.
