摘要
机械加工精度是机械加工过程中最为关键的环节,致使机械加工精度不高的影响因素很多,只有把影响机械加工因素全部排除掉,才能实现机械加工的高精度与高标准。虽然机械加工误差不能彻底去除,但是通过采取一定的措施后,可以将原先的机械零件精度进行有效提升。对机械加工的各种影响因素进行详细分析,并针对每种问题提出有效解决措施,旨在优化机械加工工艺,并提高机械加工精度,使机械加工工艺越来越精准,促进我国工业快速发展。
        Machining precision is the most critical part in the machining process. The influencing factors of machining accuracy are not high. Only the factors affecting machining can be eliminated, and the high precision and high standard of machining can be realized. Although the machining error cannot be completely removed, the accuracy of the original mechanical parts can be effectively improved by taking certain measures. It analyzes various influencing factors of mechanical processing and proposes effective solutions for each problem. It aims to optimize the machining process, improve the machining precision, make the machining process more precise, and promote the rapid development of China's industry.
