摘要
因材施教作为一种重要的教育方法和原则,其内涵是根据不同的"材"用不同的方法传授不同的知识。但在当前榜样教育中,教育主体忽视因材施教的问题日益突出,由于时代的发展变化、教育客体越来越丰富等原因,出现了榜样塑造与选择的普遍化和不可接近性以及将榜样的作用万能化等问题,严重制约了榜样教育的效能。因此,榜样教育应当借鉴传统因材施教的理念与方法,在选择、塑造、宣传榜样的全过程都要考虑到教育客体的丰富性、时代的发展性以及榜样教育的目的性,这样才能提高榜样教育的有效性。
        Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is an important educational method and principle,whose connotation is to teach different knowledge in different ways according to different "material". However,in the current example education,the problem of neglecting teaching by individualized students is becoming increasingly prominent.Due to the development and change of the times and the increasing enrichment of educational objects,the problem of universality and disorientation of model setting and the universal role of examples are emerging.And those restrict the efficiency of model education seriously.Therefore,the model education shall draw on the ideas and methods of traditional teaching and take into account the richness of educational objects,the development of the times and the purpose of model education in the whole process of selecting,shaping and promoting models,in order to improve the effectiveness of example education.
