摘要
为解决同煤大唐塔山煤矿西翼煤炭运输线路过长,系统可靠性低的问题,设计增加了大容量调节煤仓缓冲系统。该系统包含5个斜煤仓(总计容量16 000 t),并配套辅助运输和供电系统。设计提出了2套布置方案,经过技术经济比较分析,得出了最优方案。推荐方案提出了在正常煤流运输系统上补充调节煤仓缓冲系统的双系统设计,提高了井下煤炭运输系统的可靠性。
        To solve the problem that coal transportation lines in the western wing of Datong Tashan Coal Mine are too long and the reliability of the system is low, a large-capacity adjustment bunker buffer system has been designed. The system consists of 5 inclined coal bunkers(total capacity of 16,000 tons), and supporting auxiliary transportation and power supply systems. The design proposes two sets of layout plans. After a comparative analysis of technology and economy, the optimal solution is obtained. The proposed scheme proposes a dual system design that supplements the adjustment of the coal bunker buffer system on a normal coal flow transportation system, which greatly improves the reliability of the underground coal transportation system.
