摘要
采用共沉淀法制备得到碳化硅复合LDHs,研究其表面形貌。按0%、2%和4%质量比加入基质沥青中,研究碳化硅复合LDHs对沥青抗老化性能的影响。结果表明纳米碳化硅颗粒可以附着在LDHs,碳化硅复合LDHs可以减缓沥青在老化时三大指标和黏度的下降,有效提高沥青的抗老化性能。
The silicon coated LDHs(ScL) were prepared by coprecipitation method,and the surface morphology of which were studied.The aging resistance of bitumen was investigated by adding 0%,2% and 4% of ScL. The results show that the coated nano-SiC grains and LDHs single-layer nanosheets are fully fused together,ScL can slow down the degradation of asphalt and viscous performance of asphalt,and effectively improve the anti-aging performance of asphalt.
