品管圈在神经外科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果评价

摘要
目的:探究品管圈在神经外科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法:本文所选100例患者均为我院神经外科2016年9月至2017年9月所收治,按照患者入院先后顺序将其分对照组和实验组,每组各50例;对照组选择常规护理,实验组则在常规护理的同时应用品管圈护理干预。结果:实验组的各项护理评分、护理满意度均显著高于对照组,护理不良事件发生率均显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 :在神经外科护理质量持续改进中应用品管圈护理干预,能让护理质量和患者满意度显著提高,让护理不良事件减少,值得临床推广。
objective : to explore the application effect of quality control circle in the continuous improvement of neurosurgical nursing quality. Methods : all the 100 patients selected in this study were admitted to the department of neurosurgery of our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group chooses the routine nursing, the experimental group should use the tube circle nursing intervention while the routine nursing.Results : the nursing scores and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse events in nursing was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion : in the continuous improvement of neurosurgical nursing quality, nursing intervention in the supply circle can significantly improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction, and reduce adverse events in nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
