摘要
对汽车关门噪声控制可提高汽车舒适性。以车门为研究对象,对其进行了垂直刚度及模态分析,然后在原始约束条件下运用优化软件对车门进行了形貌优化,通过添加加强筋提高了车门的垂直刚度和模态性能,对优化前后的车门进行了关门声辐射分析,验证了提高车门的刚度及模态性能可降低车门关门噪声,为车门关门声品质优化设计提供了一定的参考。
        Controlling of the noise when closing the door of vehicle will not only meet the demand of comfortableness from customers, but also can create a quiet environment.Thisis significant to the automobile industry. The modal analysis on the vertical stiffness of the car door have been carried out.The car door has been optimized under the original constraint conditions.The vertical stiffness and modal performance of the door have been improved by adding reinforcing bars.The sound radiation analyses of the doors have been conducted both before and after the. The results show that improving the stiffness and modal performance of the door can reduce the noise when closing the door. Such results provide a guideline for the optimal design of the car door in terms of sound/noise.
