摘要
临界转速是风力发电机等旋转机械系统设计中的一个重要参数.本文提出了一种计算滑动轴承-转子系统的临界转速的方法.以一个算例分析了临界转速的计算过程,并讨论了集总圆盘与轴段的耦合处理方式及滑动轴承油膜刚度对临界转速的影响.为滑动轴承-转子系统在运行中的稳定性和避免发生共振现象提供了重要理论依据.
Critical speed is an important parameter in the design of rotating mechanical systems such as wind turbines.This paper presents a method for calculating the critical speed of a sliding bearing-rotor system.The calculation process of critical speed is analyzed by an example,And the coupling treatment method of the lumped disc and the shaft segment and the influence of the stiffness coefficient of the sliding bearing on the critical speed are discussed,which provides an important theoretical basis for the stability of the sliding bearing-rotor system during operation and avoiding resonance.
