打击侵权假冒需保持全域常态化高压态势

摘要
打击侵权假冒对净化市场环境,促进经济社会健康持续发展,具有重要和深远的意义。为维护中国制造良好国际国内形象,打造良好市场营商环境,维护消费者合法权益,保护消费者生命财产安全,文中通过市场监管执法实践和思考,提出打击侵权假冒需在强化顶层制度设计基础上,进行全域化、常态化监管,保持高压态势,形成齐抓共管、协同治理新格局。
It’s great and far-reaching significance to purify market environment and to promote sustainable economic and social development.In order to safeguard good image of "Made in China" at home and abroad, to create a good business environment for the market, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,and to protect the safety of their lives and property. Through the practice and thinking of market supervision and law enforcement, combating infringement and counterfeiting needs to be based on strengthening the design of the top-level system,conduct global and normal supervision,maintain high pressure situation, and form a new pattern of joint management and coordinated governance.
