摘要

随着计算机行业的高速发展,许多人工作业逐渐被机器所取代,使其更加便捷、快速、准确。文章结合公务机运营商,分析地面服务业务流程,参考国外相关地面服务系统,结合国内运行环境,设计出一套基于SAAS模式的地面服务系统软件,有助于公务机公司提升地面代理服务效率与质量,改善用户体验,降低人力成本,在一定程度上促进了公务机行业的发展。
        With the rapid development of the computer industry, many manual operations have gradually been replaced by machines,making them more convenient, fast and accurate. This project is aimed at business service operators, analyzes the ground service business process, and refers to foreign related ground service systems, combined with the domestic operating environment, to design a ground service system software based on SAAS mode, which helps the business aircraft company to improve the efficiency of ground agency services. With the quality, improve the user experience, reduce labor costs, to a certain extent, promote the development of the business jet industry.
