木犀草素在离子液体修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为研究

摘要
制备了N-丁基吡啶三氟甲磺酸盐离子液体修饰碳糊电极,研究了木犀草素在N-丁基吡啶三氟甲磺酸盐([BPy]OTF)修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为。实验发现,在pH=3.0的柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲体系中,木犀草素在0.6221 V和0.4267 V处产生一对明显的氧化,还原峰,电流信号分别是裸电极的2.06倍,5.8倍,表明[BPy]OTF对木犀草素具有一定的催化增敏效果,木犀草素在修饰电极上的电极过程为2质子2电子转移过程,在此基础上研究了木犀草素与牛血清蛋白之间的相互作用。
        The N-Butyl-Pyridine Triflate([BPy]OTF)modified ionic liquid carbon paste electrode(ILCPE)was fabricated.The electrochemical behavior of Luteolin at the ILCPE electrode was studied in detail.It is found experimentally that in pH 3.0 citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution,Luteolin's peak potentials are 0.6221 V and 0.4267 V(vs.SCE)respectively,peak current signals are bare electrodes 2.06 and 5.8 times,The ILCPE electrode showed good catalytic activity and sensitizing effect for the Luteolin.Besides,the electrode process was double protons-double electrons reaction,which was controlled by absorption.On this basis,the interaction of Luteolin with BSA were studied.
