摘要
为预防数字化核电厂作业人员信息获取失误,提高其作业绩效,基于数字化核电厂信息的自身特征,以及其呈现手段与管理模式等变化,分析影响作业人员信息获取的因素,筛选出7个主要行为影响因子进行模拟仿真实验,通过测试不同影响因子水平下的信息获取反应时间来研究其对效率的影响。结果表明,7个因子均显著影响人员信息获取效率;培训水平与经验、时间压力与心理压力是影响信息获取效率的最显著因素。
