配电网能效差异化损耗标杆研究

摘要
合同能源托管作为新型线损管理模式逐渐被引入到区域配电网线损管理中,但由于该模式还未形成统一的指导标准,比如降损指标没有成熟的基线,未能形成差异化的能效标杆值。针对该问题,考虑配电网分层分压结构,建立配电网差异化变电设施优化配置模型及经济供电半径优化模型,提出一种损耗标杆的制定方法,即以供电区域输变电各环节电力设施配置及供电半径最优为基础,计算该条件下的配电网损耗,将该损耗值作为不同负荷密度区域差异化损耗标杆值。算例结果表明,不同负荷密度及电压制式下配电网的损耗标杆存在明显的差异,配电网差异化损耗标杆研究对当前电网的节能降损工作具有现实指导意义。
        As a new mode of line network management, Energy Performance Contracting( EPC) is gradually involved in the loss management of distribution network. However, the new management model does not form a unified standard yet. For example, there is no benchmark for the differentiated energy efficiency. In order to solve this problem, this paper establishes the substation equipment optimization and economic power supply radius optimization model based on the layered structure of distribution network and puts forward a formulation method of loss benchmarking. The result of a case study shows that there are obvious differences in the loss benchmarks of distribution network under different load densities and voltage systems. It is shown that the research on the different loss benchmarks of distribution network has practical guiding meaning for the current energy-saving and loss-reduction work of the power grid.
