基于“引企入教”的高职商贸类人才培养模式探究——以大连枫叶职业技术学院为例

摘要
随着国家"一带一路"的建设发展,商贸类专业复合型人才需求数量呈现增长趋势。而"大众创业、万众创新"战略的实施和"产教融合、校企共育"职业教育新模式的形成,对高等职业院校商贸类专业的教育教学改革提出了挑战。因此,本文立足于高职商贸类专业实际,探讨了"引企入教"对高职商贸类人才培养模式构建的意义,并积极开展了基于"引企入教"的高职商贸类人才培养模式探索与实践,以期为高职商贸类专业人才培养模式的完善提供参考,从而对高职商贸类专业的人才培养质量的提高做出积极贡献。
With the development of " the Belt and Road" construction in our country, the demand for compound talents in business and trade majors is increasing. The implementation of the strategy of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" and " Integration of Enterprises with Vocational Schools and Universities" has challenged the reform of business and trade majors in colleges. Therefore, based on the reality of business and trade majors in colleges, this article discusses the significance of "Introducing Enterprises into Education" to the construction of business and trade talents cultivation mode in colleges, and actively carries out the exploration and practice of it, with a view to providing reference for the improvement of business and trade talents cultivation mode in higher vocational schools and make positive contributions to the improvement of quality in colleges.
