摘要
针对塑壳式断路器附件(分励脱扣器)在实际运用中出现的故障问题,进行分析、研究、改善、优化,从而提高分励脱扣器使用的可靠性,确保塑壳式断路器在实际电路中能可靠运行。对脱扣不可靠和自扣力问题进行详细的分析,并给出了相应的解决方案。
Aiming at the faults of moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB) accessory(shunt release) in practical application,this paper did the analysis,studies,improvement and optimization,so as to improve the reliability of shunt release and ensure the reliable operation of MCCB in actual circuit.The unreliable tripping and re-tripping force were analyzed in detail,and the corresponding solutions were given.
