基于大数据技术与办公自动化系统应用的电子公文归档讨论

摘要
本文从实际与理论出发,对办公自动化系统应用与大数据分析环境下,电子公文的归档问题进行思考。文章通过分析认为办公自动化系统是电子政务公文规范归档的关键环节,在此基础上结合大数据分析的要点提出OA系统电子公文在线归档功能的设计原则包括与档案系统互联互通、标准化建设、前端控制、安全性与保密性等。最后本文具体分析办公自动化系统与大数据技术的交叉应用对档案管理带来的新机遇与挑战。
Combining theories with practices,this article reflects on the issues about the archiving of records in e-government system based on Office Automation System and dig date.It is considered that office automation system is the key point of archiving of e-government document.Combined with the characteristics of big data analysis,the design principle of online archiving of office automation system electronic document is put forward,including interworking with archives system,standardization construction,front control,security and confidentiality,etc.Finally,it discusses the opportunities and challenges of archives management through the cross application of office automation system and big data technology.
